Sinead is married to Mike and they have 3 children. She graduated from University of Ulster in 1993 with a Masters in Biomedical Science and worked in the NHS before moving into the family business in 2006.

She works closely with other members of the BM Steel Management Team on governance, strategy and overall business performance.

Sinead also has a focus on the HR processes within BM Steel Fabrications Ltd, working to implement strategies in recruitment, employee retention, employee satisfaction and succession planning.
