Mike served his time as a Welder/Fabricator initially working for M&M Steel Fabrications. In 2004 he established BM Steel Fabrications Ltd, his main driver was to establish a local company with an ethos of family values to provide employment in his local area.

Since then, he has led the business to success with continued expansion into new sectors and new regions and the move to a purpose-built manufacturing facility in May 2024.

As Managing Director Mike continues to lead setting the values and standards of the company.
